Warranty Service & Returns

If you believe that you have received the wrong product, received a damaged product, or that your product is defective, please request an RMA so that we can make it right.

Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Click on the "Request a RMA" button to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. Allow 1-2 days business days to process your request. You will then receive an email from the Quest Products Service Center with the RMA number (if approved) and specific instructions on how to return a product to the service center.

Important: A RMA # is required before returning any product(s) to the our service center. Failure to obtain an RMA number can result in delays and/or the product being returned without servicing.
